Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) Admission Bronchure for 2022/2023 Academic Session [UTME & DE] is out.The admission requirements for Bachelor’s Degree Programmes for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates are as follows:
4-YEAR PROGRAMME FOR UTME
- WAEC/NECO Senior School Certificate (SSC), General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE O’ level), or its equivalents with credits in five (5) subjects achieved in a single sitting or six (6) credits gained in no more than two sittings. Only Vocational courses accept the National Technical Certificate/National Business Certificate (NTC/NBC).
3-YEAR PROGRAMME FOR DIRECT ENTRY
- In addition to (1), for Direct Entry, a Nigeria Certificate in Education (N.C.E.) with at least Merit in the core subject, JUPEB, IJMB, GCE A’ level with at least two passes, OND/HND (for some courses) in relevant areas with at least Lower Credit, Cambridge (A level) Certificate, Academic Diploma from recognized Universities (for some courses) (in relevant areas) are required.Only Vocational programmes accept the Advanced National Technical/Business Certificate (ANTC, ANBC).
- All courses require an O’Level English language credit.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL COURSES IN (TASUED) ADMISSION BRONCHURE FOR 2022/2023
- All Science, Vocational & Technical, and Social Science-based subjects require an O’Level Mathematics credit.
- For English Language, a credit in English Literature is required.
- Mathematics requires a credit in at least one scientific topic.
- Candidates interested in studying Educational Management should have received credit at the Ordinary Level in English Language, Mathematics, and Economics.
- For the study of Social Studies, credits in any two (2) of Geography, Economics, Government, Commerce, Christian Religious Knowledge, Islamic Religious Knowledge, History, and Yoruba are accepted.
- Candidates who want to study Counseling Psychology (Guidance and Counseling) with scientific and social science teaching topic options must have math credit.
