This is to inform candidates that made the UNIUYO University their 1st Choice and Scored 150 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) to apply for Screening exercise

The UNIUYO Post-UTME is an academic entrance examination. It is designed to determine the aptitude level of candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate studies at UNIUYO, and to give students the opportunity to discover their areas of specialization and define their fields of study prior to official admission into UNIUYO.


Method Of Applicant

All candidates that applied for this program must come and pay the sum of N2, 000.00 (Two thousand naira) only via the University Portals.

Online Registration and Payment Instruction

  1. Visit or (Click on e-portals link)
  2. Select Admission Forms Link
  3. Select Post-UTME or Direct Entry as the Admission Form Type
  4. Enter your phone Number and Email address
  5. Click on MAKE PAYMENT NOW button to make payment
  6. Payment can be made online using ATM Card/Internet Banking or at any branch of all the Commercial Banks using pre-payment slip through Remita
  7. After payment return to the online portal and click on Register Link to obtain your login credentials to complete your
  8. Printout the 2021/2022 Screening Exercise Slip

I. Candidates are required to fill out the Bio-Data form correctly and appropriately
ii. Direct Entry Candidates are also required to scan and upload the original of candidates’ academic qualifications
iii. Candidates are expected to submit their completed bio-data forms online (please submit only once).


i. Candidates who upload wrong or incomplete bio-data will automatically be disqualified
ii. No candidate is required to upload any photograph or biometric capture, as pictures and biometric of candidates have been supplied by JAMB.
iii. Candidates who do not register for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will not be considered for admission. However Foreign Candidates, Inmates of Correctional Centers (Prisons), as well as Blind and Deaf candidates are exempted from the Post-UTME Screening Exercise.
iv. Candidates with AWAITING RESULTS can also apply.

As the Post Utme online screening has begun kick-off for the 2021/2022, it is imperative that we all know the requirements for the forthcoming exercise most especially the applicants.


However, the University is yet to decide on the modality to be adopted for this year’s Post Utme exercise.


Below are the Requirements/Necessary Documents to be used for the POST UTME Application


Regardless of the modality (Written Exam/Online Pre Screening Exercise)to be adopted, all applicants must get the following documents ready before application.


1. 2021 Jamb Original Result/ OND, NCE, IJMB, JUPEB, etc for the direct entry applicants.


2. O level Result e.g WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, etc


3. Passport photograph


4. Signature


5. Active phone number and a valid/active email address


6. Result checking scratch card for WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc


7. Certificate of Origin (Not compulsory for application)

The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) invites all candidates who sat for the 2021/2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination(UTME) or applied for Direct entry (DE) and chose the University of Abuja as their first choice for a Post UTME screening to take place from Monday, 25th October TO Thursday, 25th November, 2021.


i. Candidates with relevant O’ Level results at NOT MORE THAN TWO (2) SITTINGS, and who scored a minimum of 180 in the 2021/2022 UTME;

ii. Must have chosen the University of Abuja as their first choice or changed from other Institutions to the University of Abuja as their first choice;

iii. Candidates for Direct Entry (D.E) Admission will be required to upload both their O’ Levels and Higher qualifications accordingly into the University portal and register for the screening


1. Visit and click on “Click here to apply“;

2. Click Undergraduate link on the left panel;

3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Click on “Get details”;

4. Complete the basic information page (Please note: Enter only valid phone number and email address

5. All candidates are required to pay the sum of two thousand naira (N2, 000) only for the screening;

6. On the payment review page, click on “Generate RRR” and this takes you to another page;

7. Click “Submit” and you will be redirected to Remita payment page;

8. Enter credit or debit (ATM) card number and other details as appropriate and submit;

9. Enter “OTP code” sent to your phone and click continue to complete your payment;

10.After successful payment, click on “Main login” on the portal, enter your Jamb registration number and Surname as password;

11. Click on “Login to dashboard” and complete your registration;

12. Ensure you print the completed registration slip and payment receipt.

Note: It is mandatory for all candidates to upload their O level results on JAMB portal before they can be considered for admissions.
